Incoming material
Stainless strip is checked for thickness, width and hardness. Certificates are filed against the lot number and stay traceable to the finished clamp.
ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 processes, three inspection gates, pressure test on every clamp.
Jinno operates under ISO 9001 and IATF 16949. Incoming strip is checked for gauge and hardness, in-process parts are measured against the drawing at fixed intervals, and finished lots are inspected and photographed before packing. Test reports — dimensional, hardness, salt spray — travel with the shipment on request.

Band width, ear height, diameter and screw torque are measured at fixed intervals during the run. Out-of-tolerance parts are pulled at the press, not at packing.
Every clamp is pressure-tested before it leaves the factory. AQL sampling, photographs and a packing list are sent before the container is sealed.
Dies are designed and maintained in-house, which is what makes short runs and custom profiles possible. If a drawing needs a new ear profile or a different band width, we cut the tool rather than refuse the order.
